We are pleased to announce that a new release from Champagne Bollinger, one of our portfolio brands, “B16”, will be available for shipment starting Wednesday, January 7, 2026, as outlined below.
B16 is the second release in the “By Bollinger” series.
Created in response to the distinctive climatic conditions of a specific vintage, this limited cuvée reflects the House’s exceptional know-how and embodies a truly unique expression.
This Champagne is composed of 70% Pinot Noir from the northern Montagne de Reims, capturing the singular character of the 2016 vintage. Bollinger’s outstanding savoir-faire further enhances its depth and individuality.

A silky texture unfolds with ethereal finesse, bringing subtle elegance and perfect balance. This delicate Champagne reveals aromas and flavors of ripe stone fruits and bergamot.
The 2016 vintage saw a cold, wet spring with late frosts, followed by a dramatic turnaround to a hot, sunny summer from August, creating ideal ripening conditions for the grapes.
