Tasting notes
AZUR reveals a lively, persistent and fine bubbles chain. The nose presents generous, soft and evocative floral notes, with some toasted bread and dried fruit notes. With a marked Brut personality, AZUR joins adequate acidity on the palate that blends delicately with a structure marked with mineral notes. It has good persistence on the palate as well as a unique and elegant aftertaste.
